From September 9 to October 28, 2022, you can view Chiffon Thomas MFA ’20 on display at the PPOW gallery in New York City.
Thomas’s exhibition, Staircase to the Rose Window, was reviewed in the New Yorker by Johanna Fateman, who described the multidisciplinary artist’s work as “breathtaking”: “Thomas’s alchemical, history-laden work stands, in part, as a metaphor for trans embodiment and personal reconfiguration. … These are delicate monuments to faith and resilience.”
